Get the help you need, right when you need it. Having a support plan that is not expired enables you to reach out to our support team for help with your site. To renew support for an existing purchase:
- Login into your ThemeForest account and visit the Downloads section where all your purchases are available.
- Locate the WordPress theme you’re trying to renew/extend support for and click the “Renew support now” link (or “Extend support now!”) which will get you to the theme’s landing page.
- On the right hand side, click the big green “Renew Support” button and you will now be redirected to the checkout page.
