When enabled, the Catalog Mode option will turn off the shopping functionality of WooCommerce, allowing you to use it for cataloging purposes only. It removes the add-to-cart buttons in the shop, the product page and the cart icon in the header.
It can be turned on/off at any time via
Appearance > Customize > Shop > Catalog Mode.
